Zahabiya GPA- Super / Excel Bond- 321 is water based white polymeric emulsion adhesive for normal bonding and lamination purpose. Used on porous surface bonding/ pasting including Wood, Paper, Card Board, Cloth, Leather, Glass etc. The bond obtained resists climatic changes and micro-organism growth. It is water proof for short spells. Used as an economical starch free glue in HVACR ducting applications.
 
 
ZGPA-7/223 Special is water based, latex /rubber reinforced co-polymeric, starch free, fast drying coating, lamination & bonding white adhesive having numerous satisfactory usage. In HVACR field, effectively usable for almost all the bonding, fixing, laminating, coating, sizing applications covering a wide range of substrates. Insulations may be very effectively and permanently bonded with this adhesive on metals, unaffected even by the relative humidity up to 90% for long spells.

The product is weather resistant, non-hazardous, nonflammable, non-corrosive, non-staining, mildew/ microorganisms/ fungus resistant and perfectly safe in handling.
 
 
 
HIGH TACK ADHESIVE is a fast drying synthetic rubber (Neoprene) based contact adhesive formulated for bonding different types of thermal insulations including low density fibrous/foam plastic insulants, rigid foam insulations, glass wool, polyurethane/rubber foams etc. to the sheet metal; such as galvanised steel or aluminium air conditioning ducts and hot air ducts. Not suitable for delicate styropore or thermopore sheets. Its fast drying and high initial adhesive strength permits bonding/pasting immediately within 20 minutes open time.

The bond so satisfactorily achieved being Water Proof, Weather Resistant, Non-Brittle & Non-Cracking when exposed to atmospheric conditions. The product is flammable and must be used in safe and well ventilated environment.
 
 
 
Zahabiya LATEX BOND-160 is co-polymeric, water based flexible, non-staining bonding adhesive to be used for insulation attachment in Central Air-Conditioning/Ducting Jobs and other such pasting related applications where non-flammable adhesives are preference for over all safety reasons. Used for insulation attachments, canvas pasting and as protective coat for exterior surfaces on sensitive insulations. Zahabiya LATEX BOND-160 is usable as the better and safe non-flammable, non-toxic, clear adhesive in many applications replacing the rubber/solvent based adhesives which are hazardous and toxic in nature.
 
 
 
This product provides protective finish for insulation on Central Air-Conditioning & Ducting (HVACR) applications for cementing canvas/ asbestos/ lagging cloth and other thermal insulation materials, cold or hot water piping/equipment. Used on glass/canvas cloth coating and can be applied on expanded polystyrene, polyurethane foam and other insulations to protect from harsh climatic effects. Available in white or cream colour.
 
 
 
This is a rubberised/polymerised one component, ready to use insulation and water proof acrylic coating. In Central Air-Conditioning jobs may be applied with advantages for exposed to atmosphere areas and utilities as protective antifungal paint coating over the Canvas Cloth, styropore insulations as the adhesive cum vapour barrier sealant for pasting various layers together and as the exterior washable insulant paint for the protection of cloth & duct jacketing from harmful atmospheric effects. Useable effectively where the relative humidity exceeds 90% for continuous periods .

Zahabiya FRC-10/60 is non-flammable sealant coat, exceptionally suitable for the purpose of fire proofing/protection of cellular or porous surfaces being Weather Resistant, Vapour Barrier, Fire/Flame Retardant, Fungus & Mildew Resistant. In the Centrally Air Conditioning jobs, used as the fire retardant adhesive cum vapour barrier coating over the Canvas Cloth for pasting various layers together and as the exterior protective paint for the protection of cloth & duct jacketing from the harmful atmospheric effects.
 
 
 
 
A clear invisible lacquer type sealer especially useful to protect metal surfaces from rusting, oxidation to fill up and sanitary seal pin holes, hair line cracks & minor leakage of the liquids & oxidizing gases. This product is flammable.

It quickly dries up into a clear, strongly bonded glossy film with non-cracking/non-peeling results. The cured protective film becomes tough, shock, impact & abrasion resistant.

The product is used to seal the leakage of narrow seams and joints in Engg. and Metal Fabrication Industry protecting metallic sheets from oxidation. The dried (cured) film is U/V resistant, non-corrosive, nontoxic, non-poisonous and non-staining.
 
 
 
ZSP-1191 is a mastic/ adhesive caulking sealant forming a soft gasket seal on self-curing. On most applications where a Vapour Barrier, Air/Gas tight, Water/Oil proof, Weather Resistant fast drying Non-cracking Protective Seal is desirable, this product is the perfect answer. A safe seam/ caulking sealant in Central Air-conducting Ducting system , both for High or Low velocity ducts, meets the requirements of H & Vac.Sec.DW / 141 (Adhesion), B.S. 476 (PART-7) class “I” and Class “O” Tests. B.S.476 (Part-6).

It possesses better compatibility and good adhesion with the metallic surfaces, plastics, glasses, polyurethane foams, polystyrene, thermo pore sheets, glass wool insulation etc.

Can be used in enclosed environment without emitting any bad odour or toxic fumes. The product is perfectly safe in handling, non-toxic, noncorrosive, non-hazardous and non-polluting.

Available also in 300 gm cartridges in optional colours.
 
 
 
Sealing Gum Elastic Putty is an elastomeric duct sealant possessing superior cohesion, tack & elongation properties. It is flexible and non-hardening putty with excellent ageing properties. As a Duct Sealant in Central Air-Conditioning (HVACR), usable for the installations and maintenance of water-tight (cold/hot), air/gas tight, vapour barrier soft seal with good adhesion on various surfaces. Where elastic insulant sealant is needed, the product is ideally used being weather resistant, water/ oil proof, non-conductor to electricity, non-magnetic, non-toxic and safe in handling. Being satisfactorily used in Air Conditioners, Refrigerators & Deep Freezers manufacturing since last 36 years.

Typically ZSG-12/99 is being used for sealing laps/seams in mechanical sheet metal fabrication and sealing the Expansion Joints in Air Conditioning Ducting (Medium and High Velocity). Also effectively used as Shock Absorbent & Sound Deadener seal by Engg. Sector.
 
 
 
It is a thick gaskety air drying material possessing best air tight, water & oil proof, diesel, fuel, acid, alkali, U/V & weather resistant, vapour barrier properties as insulating protective seal once cured. This is an excellent sealant/caulking compound coupled with adhesion on metals, plastics, polystyrene, etc. being safe, non-toxic and non-corrosive. Available in different colours.

Effective at all such places where leakage free Seams/Joints are needed; also used in HVACR at metallic seam joints, as an economical sealant. It adheres, insulates and protects the metallic pipes from rusting & corrosion, eliminating PVC tape wrapping for under ground or weather exposed jobs being water resistant.
