ZGPA-7/223 Special is water based, latex /rubber reinforced co-polymeric, fast drying, starch-free coating & bonding white adhesive having numerous satisfactory usage. In Engineering related fields, it is effective for bonding, fixing, & coating applications covering a wide range of substrates. Various insulations may be effectively bonded with this adhesive on metals, unaffected even by the relative humidity up to 90% for long spells. The bond attained is water proof being unaffected with climatic changes.

The product is weather resistant, non-hazardous, non-flammable, non-corrosive, non-staining, mildew/ micro-organisms/ fungus resistant and safe in handling. It is a D3 Adhesive.

This is a rubberised/ polymerised one component, cold applied, ready to use insulating and water proof acrylic coating. In Engineering related applications, it may be applied with advantages at exposed to atmosphere areas as better protective Anti-Fungus Paint coating over thermal insulations, on hot/ cold water pipe fittings, vessels and other equipments. When applied over thermopore/ styropore pipe sleeves, it provides extra strength to the thermopore/ styropore insulations as the vapour barrier & U/V resistant coating, protecting the sleeves from harsh environmental conditions. ZSAC-10/55 is also used as the exterior washable insulating paint for the protection of metallic surfaces from harmful atmospheric effect being U/V resistant. Useable effectively where the relative humidity exceeds 90% for continuous periods.

Zahabiya Water Shield ZSAC-10/55 is available in optional colours such as White, Creamy, Gray and Blue. The product is safe in handling, resists temperature over a wide range from -40 to 200°C, resistant to fungus, mildew and other organism growth, dilute acid/ alkali and solvent resistant.

ZSP-1191 is a mastic/ adhesive caulking sealant forming a soft gasket seal on self-curing. On most applications where a vapour barrier, air/gas tight, water/oil proof, weather resistant, non-cracking protective seal is desirable, this product is the perfect answer.

It is a non-toxic non-corrosive and safe in handling caulking sealant possessing better compatibility and good adhesion with all the metallic surfaces such as cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum, galvalized sheets etc. as well as on plastics, glasses, polyurethane foams, polystyrene, thermopore, glass wool insulation etc.

It is beneficially used in various engineering and fabrication jobs, in sheet metal works and metallic components assembly as the reliable seam sealant. This is the better replacement of traditional toxic silicon sealants & can be used in enclosed environment withoutemitting any bad odour or toxic fumes.

Available also in 300 gm cartridges in optional colours.

TS-141 is a clear invisible lacquer type sealer especially useful to protect metal surfaces from rusting or oxidation. It is also used to fill up and sanitary seal pin holes, hair line cracks & minor leakage of the liquids & oxidizing gases. The dried/ cured film is non-toxic, non-poisonous, non-corrosive and non-staining. This product is flammable and must be used in a well ventilated area.

It quickly dries up into a clear, strongly bonded glossy film with non-cracking/ non-peeling properties. The cured protective film is tough, shiny, shock, impact, abrasion, weather & U/V resistant.

The product is used to seal the leakage of narrow seams and joints in Engineering and Metal Fabrication Industry protecting metallic sheets from oxidation. ZTS -141 is recommended as an adhesion promoter primer coat on metallic surfaces, beneficially applied before epoxy/ polyester powder coating. ZTS-141 is also used in Electrical Motor Winding jobs as the insulation varnish. The product must be checked for its suitability depending the current intensity and required thickness of dried film.

ZTS-14 can be pigmented as desired, into anti-rust protective paint coat by mixing dry acrylic/polyester pigments or liquid P.V.C. ink of standard quality of desired tint.
