This is an air drying as well as oven curing gaskety material based on Rubber Latex and essential resins applied through Nozzle Lining System/Nozzle Tipped Cans which on perfect drying provides air-tight double seam of Round Tin/Metal cans. 

Standard NLC-011 is meant for General Purposes cans suitable to pack Lube Oils, Edible Oils, Vegetable Ghee, Powder products and other low volatility products.

Special NLC-010  Because of its inherent properties makes it suitable to pack, in addition to above, highly volatile products such as insecticides, pesticides, paints, varnishes, lacquers, thinners, emulsions, foods whether or not processed for example juices, meat, cooked foods, milk, jams, jellies and such other types of vacuum packed tins. 

Collapsible Tubes grade is also available for packing ointments, Tooth Pastes, Oral Pastes, Petroleum Jelly based medical formulations etc. 
The product is safe in handling, non-toxic, non-poisonous and non-rusting to tinplate.

Zahabiya Die Lining Compound DLC-02
This is an air drying as well as oven curing gaskety material based on Rubber Latex and essential resins possessing the same properties as of NLC-01 except viscosity being different making it appropriate to be applied through Die Lining/Impression Transfer System. On perfect drying providing air-tight double end seam of the Rectangular/Square/Oblong Tin/Metal cans. 

Standard DLC-021 is meant for General Purposes cans suitable to pack Lube Oils, Edible Oils, Vegetable Ghee, Powder products and other low volatility products.

Special DLC-020 due to its containing special resins making it inert to withstand highly volatile products packed in such as insecticides, pesticides, paints, varnishes, lacquers, thinners, emulsions, foods whether or not processed.
The product is safe in handling, non-toxic, non-poisonous and non-rusting to tinplate.

Zahabiya Seam Dope SD-04 
Seam Dope is a gummy dope possessing excellent film forming properties which on perfect Air drying provides an air-tight seam of the container ends. This is used wet on the assembly line, which on perfect drying transforms into a non-brittle and non-sticky invisible plastic gasket. This is generally used for cans made with unlined tops/bottoms. However, often used with compounded ends too, to overcome on line deficiencies resulting in leakages of cans from top/bottom seams such as sheet temper variations, chuck plate/seaming roller being worn out, play in the seaming machine head etc.

There are three grades SD-041 Standard, SD-042 Super and SD-043 Special available. Please consult literature to best suit your requirements.

Zahabiya Drum Lining Compound DMLC- 03
The compound is a mixture of rubber resins and other  co-polymers & inherits the same properties and utilities as that of Nozzle/Die Lining Compound with the exception that  its viscosity and solid contents have been adjusted to suit the Drum/Barrel seaming requirements. The product is applied  on the top/bottom flange area by brush or spray lining system either at the time of or prior to the seaming operation and preferably be oven cured to obtain best results.

The cured (dried) layer/gasket is non-toxic,    non-poisonous & non-rusting on contact with metal surfaces. It is non-hazardous, non-corrosive and perfectly safe  in handling.

Zahabiya Cano'Sol Compound VC-803
VC-803 is a Vinyl Resin based one component free flowing liquid gaskety material applied through Nozzle/Die lining system or nozzle tipped can to provide double seam of the round as well as rectangular tin/metal cans, curing by heat only. 
The product is suitable to pack food products (general line as well as sanitary cans), paints, varnishes, thinners, lacquers, fuels, oils, PESTICIDES, INSECTICIDES and all such other corrosive products. Dried film of this compound is non-toxic, non-poisonous and non-rusting to Tinplate/TFS.

Zahabiya Transparent Sealer TS-14 
It is a clear transparent product possessing rapid air drying properties essentially used, internally as well as externally, whether on line or after filling for recovery/repair of leaky cans which otherwise on test are rejected & eventually destroyed loosing the entire value of the can. It is also used as welded side seam, lugs weld spots protection and rust protection lacquer for metal components and other exposed to weather surfaces. This is equally good to be used for crimp sealing of screw neck on to the top of the can. There are two grades TS-140 Standard & TS-141 Special are available. Zahabiya Twist Off Compound VC 808 
Zahabiya TWIST OFF CAP COMPOUND VC-808 is Vinyl Resin based, one component thermosetting gasket compound, used in Twist Off Caps and other metallic caps to provide a soft gasket to seal air tight and to prevent leakage/seepage; of the contents to be filled in. It provides an Air-tight, smooth, flexible solid end seal (gasket) of permanent nature, unaffected by atmospheric variations and normal wear and tear at caps applied in. THis product is safe in handling non-Corrosive, non-staining when cured, Non-Toxic, Non-Poisonous, Non-Oxidising & Non-Rusting to Tin Plate/TFS and such other traditional capping metals.

Suitable specially for the Caps/Lids used to close glass, bottles/jars for a wide range of food products.
