This is a heat curing one component P.V.C. based moulding material, especially formulated to form soft seal of the desired shape and thickness on proper curing. The smooth, flexible, solid end seal (gasket) of permanent nature obtained by hot air curing at 150-180°C is unaffected by atmospheric variations & normal wear and tear. Zahabiya Sealing  Compound SC-13/63
Zahabiya SC-13/63 is a thick membranous air drying material possessing best air tight, vapour barrier, water/oil proof and insulating protective properties, coupled with adhesion on metals, plastics, polystyrene, PVC, etc. Suitable mostly for application on metallic surfaces.

Zahabiya Transparent Sealer  TS-14
TS-14 is a clear invisible Vinyl/Acrylic adhesive sealer especially useable to fill up and seal the minute pores/pin holes, hair line cracks and minor leakages of the liquids and oxidising gases. Beneficial to protect the applied surfaces, esp. metallic surfaces from rusting, corrosion & oxidation. It dries into a clear, strongly bonded glossy film with non-cracking/non-peeling results. The cured protective film becomes tough but shock, impact, abrasion, weather and U/V resistant. 
In sheet metal engineering, Transparent Sealer is particularly specified during/after structural fabrication and to make leakage free seams. ZTS-142 is also used in Electrical Motor Winding jobs as the insulant sealer. The product must be checked for its suitability depending the current intensity and required thickness of dried film.
ZTS-14 can be pigmented as desired, into glossy protective paint coat by mixing dry acrylic/polyester pigments or liquid P.V.C. ink of standard quality.

ZUBA-16/123 is latex based co-polymeric, flexible, bonding adhesive and coating compound to be used for insulation attachment and laminate pasting.
