Zahabiya Universal Bonding Adhesive - ZUBA-16/123 Multipurpose Bonding Adhesive    To be used: with Mortar/Concrete as an admixture to considerably increase Water Proofing, Salinity/Chemical Resistance, Wear Resistance, Flexibility, Smooth Workability, Corrosion protection of Steel, Bonding Strength and durability. Particularly specified for Basements, Water Reservoirs, Waste Water Drains, Sub-soil & Water logged areas providing fast setting properties of cement & aggregates increasing the flexural/compressive/tensile strength remarkably. It also helps to prevent penetration/permeability of water into concrete to such an extent that further corrosion of reinforcements could be retarded. Alternatively, Zahabiya SBR-161 Latex Emulsion is also usable in some of the above stated utilities, but in high dosage with some reservations as regards the achievement of ultimate properties all of which otherwise are comparatively attained better with ZUBA-16/123.	w Foundation w R. C.C./C.C.    Structure w Floor/Slab Casting w Plastering   w Bonding New     Concrete to Old      Concrete                     w Bedding/Laying     Fixing Tiles	Pre-mix the admixture in the required quantity of potable water for the number of bags to be used @ 1.5 to 2.5 Kg./bag of OPC and 1.0 to 1.5 Kg./bag of SRC (Dosage related to soil texture) for Job Nos.1,2 & 3. @ 1.0 Kg./bag of cement Clean the old surface to remove any dirt, oil or grease & prime it with ZUBA- 16/123 diluted to 3 times by potable water. If the surface is wet, increase the concentration of primer as1:2. Apply second coat diluted with 2 parts of water after 3-4 hours at abnormal areas. Allow to dry for 1 hour to develop slight tackiness and patch with rich mortar/cement-sand mixture preferably prepared with ZUBA gauged water in the proportion of 0.5 Kg. per bag of cement ensuring that no air pockets or cavities are present inside. Fill the mixture compactly and uniformly to level the surface. Protect and cure in the normal way for 3-7 days. Note:  First Early hydration after 8 hours with ZUBA mixed water 30:70 or as soon as cement is set to touch, is essential in above 5 cases.  Clean the surface thoroughly. Apply ZUBA 1 Part diluted with 2 parts of water. Repeat the application after 4 hours reducing the water ratio. Prepare a bedding adhesive for TILE FIXING, using 1 part ZUBA to 2 parts of water, mixed to make a thick slurry with Gypsum plaster or White cement. This is applied and spreaded by trowel or any other suitable applicator, in uniform thickness and tiles are arranged closely with the grouting done with the same slurry. Let it be dried perfectly to achieve perfect bonding. The tile grouting area must be perfectly sealed by the ZUBA mixed cement slurry.
Zahabiya Sealing Compound Zahabiya - SC-13/68  A thick membranous well bonded gaskety Air Tight, Water Proof, Weather Resistant, Oil Proof, Vapour Barrier & Insulating Compd.	w Tile Fixing     (Non Cementitious      System)	ALTERNATIVELY Apply evenly one uniform rich coat on both the previously cleaned pasting surfaces ZSC-13/68 and let be dried for 4-6 hours. At the time of pasting, apply one more rich coat on the floor, wall or desired surface and press firmly the previously applied tiles after 2-3 minutes leaving undisturbed for 24 hours. If levelling and setting of tile is required, it must be done within 5 minutes
1 Zahabiya Sealing Adhesive     Coat - 10/55 2 Zahabiya Water Shield  is rubberised, water/oil proof, non- flammable ONE COMPONENT ready to use exceptionally suitable for the purpose of water proofing and insulation on cellular or porous surfaces such as Water Reservoirs, Pools, Ponds, Drain Channels, Flower Troughs and as a Protective paint on Building Exteriors. The layer on perfect drying behaves as Water Proof, Weather Resistant,Vapour Barrier, Non-Cracking & Walk-able.	w Water Proofing/    Sealing & Protective   Coat as Exterior   paint.	To be applied as supplied in 3 to 4 subsequent coats allowing an interval of 5 to 8 hours between each coat, by brush, trowel or air less spray. Zahabiya Sealing Gum - ZSG-12/99  is an elastomeric sticky textured ever flexible sealant possessing cohesion, tack & elongation properties (above 900%). Zahabiya Soft Seal Special - ZSP-1191 / Caulking Sealant  is a dense Co-Polymeric masticky Adhesive Sealant when cured becomes soft but strong to withstand all kinds of pressures. Water Proof, Vapour Barrier, Acid/Alkali/Fuel and Fungus Resistant. (300% Enlongation)	w Construction &    Expansion joints/    gaps sealing. w Crack Sealing.	1 Apply Zahabiya Sealing Adhesive Coat ZSAC-10/55 / Water Shield as primer coat.  2 Insert styropore or other packing material leaving a depth of at least 1" on top. 3 Apply one more coat of ZSAC-10/55 all around the gap including styropore surface after 4 hours of step 1. 4 After at least 6 hours, fill the gap compactly with Sealing Gum - ZSG-12/99 ensuring there are no capillaries, voids or gaps even to pass traces of water. 5 Then fill with Zahabiya Soft Seal Special ZSP-1191 up to upper most exposed surface starting from marginal sides by trowel or cartridge, compactly. 6 Repeat the process defined in (5) above to finally level the joint area.

Pipe with Sealing Compound ZSC-13/63 to prevent from rusting/corrosion  2 Apply SC-13/63 for G. I. Pipe thread sealing. 3 Use ZUBA-16/123 in cementitious applications as recommended in our brochure. 4 Press fill ZSG-12/99 in all the gaps of PVC/GI/ Asbestos /Ceramic pipe/P. trap joints. 5 Fill all the joints outer exposed surfaces with Soft Seal Special - ZSP-1191
1 Zahabiya Transparent Sealer    TS-141 Special  2 Zahabiya Transparent Sealer    TS-142 Ex Special  Vinyl/Acrylic co-polymeric, solvent based products, on proper drying/curing behave as clear transparent, strongly bonded glossy sealed film. Perfectly fit to be used as floor sealer, wood preservative and weather resistant polishing lacquer/sealer.	w Floor Coating      w Rust Protection      w Wood Polishing	Apply TS-142 Ex-special in two/three subsequent coats with an interval of 4-6 hours by brush, roller or airless spray for, Floor Coating/Sealing, Dust Proofing and Floor Hardening. Use TS-141 in two subsequent coats for Oxidation/Rust/Corrosion protection of ferrous or non-ferrous metal structures or exposed iron bars by brush or air less spray. Apply simply by brush or airless spray on wooden surfaces with or without adding tinting medium as per final aesthetic requirement.
Zahabiya Concre-cure - WB A Safe to use curing compound of high efficiency to prevent concrete from premature drying out allowing the process of hydration under optimum conditions, resulting finished concrete having a harder, dust free surface.	w Concrete Curing     Compound.	Spray applied evenly to the freshly placed concrete, so soon as the initial surface sheen has disappeared from concrete face or at such time when the concrete is as green as possible after concrete is free from surface water. Ideally suitable for those areas where water scarcity problems are present and for high rise buildings.
